I am pretty good at yoga - I do it regularly. But this girl and her video KICKED my butt today. Man! Going from Downward Facing Dog to Half Plank and then Split Downward Facing Dog does not feel good.
Just tried it…it being just the FIRST video and I am dead. This makes my usual yoga routine look lame. I’m switching for sure.

:( My history teacher in HS always made us read his articles on the subjects we were studying. I loved reading them because you always got the other side of the story.

…i couldn’t not reblog this. i think i’m in love.
Oh, hi, Caitlin! Sure, I would love to buy some boondoggle key chains!
I do not look this this!
IDK…you DO wear side-ish ponytails sometimes. I’ll take the pink keychain.
New Years resolutions in the form of 2 new projects/a new blog.
It’s kind of (really) ugly, but I have messed around with the html code WAY too much with too little payoff. What’s my major again? Graphic design? Oh wait. haha.
I wish I had something to write. However, everything I think of saying sounds contrived and ingenuine. So, I think I am going to start shooting more digital stuff and doing more art. Maybe that will unblock this writing funk I am in. Suggestions of subject matter?
What is most important to you?/What is your passion?
Working with something/someone you are familiar with gives a sense of intimacy that a stranger probably couldn’t achieve. (I’m thinking people but it could apply to anything. Trying to see familiar things in new ways could even provide a springboard that leads to new ideas!)
What do you want to explore but have never gotten around to it? (It’s late, I can’t phrase questions correctly)
I know I have a lot of ideas that I just never get around to…probably because of the lack of priority compared to other things, but when I finally give priority to something I really have wanted to do, it’s so fun. On the same note as my other question, it can provide the kick and motivation you need to explore other things!
As for me I’m starting a new project this year…trying to shoot portraits of 100 strangers over the course of 2010. I’m scared but really excited! I feel like it’s going to be a big step artistically and personally. Hope I could help, friend!
