Ok, so...
onpennylane: I am pretty good at yoga - I do it regularly. But this girl and her video KICKED my butt today. Man! Going from Downward Facing Dog to Half Plank and then Split Downward Facing Dog does not feel good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yf1MtRZx_J4 Just tried it…it being just the FIRST video and I am dead. This makes my usual yoga routine look lame. I’m switching for sure.
